Policy Scope

This refund policy applies to paid AI Homework Solver subscriptions sold by RM Innovations. It covers monthly subscription payments, failed activation cases, duplicate payments, and cancellation requests.

Refunds We May Approve

• Duplicate payment for the same subscription period.
• Successful payment where the plan was not activated in the user account.
• A technical issue from our platform that prevents access to the paid service.
• Incorrect billing amount confirmed by RM Innovations billing support.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed subscription periods where the service was available and used.
• AI homework answers, generated explanations, or study materials already consumed.
• Refund requests made without a matching payment transaction record.
• Bank, card, mobile financial service, or gateway fees outside our control.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email the billing team within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
2. Include the account email, selected plan, payment date, and SSLCommerz transaction ID.
3. Our team reviews the payment and service access record before confirming the outcome.
4. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where possible.

Refund reviews are normally completed within 3 business days. Once approved, the payment provider or issuing bank may need additional business days to complete the return.

Cancellation and Renewal

Users may request cancellation before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle, while the active plan remains available until the end of the paid period unless a refund is approved.
